Money Heist: Korea is the latest remake of the Spanish hit with a new cast and regular 70+ minute episodes. After finishing all 12 episodes, you might think it's been renewed or canceled. Here's what we know:
Money Heist: What is Korea all about?
An interesting premise takes us forward to the year 2025. North and South Korea reached a political agreement and opened their borders to each other. The battle is over and for now Korea is one.
As part of this historic unification, those living in Pyongyang and neighboring North Korean villages are free to go south to make a name for themselves.
In the midst of this, Tokio becomes the money-maker, who becomes disillusioned with his current life and ends up running away. Wanted by the police and nowhere else to go, one night in a neon-lit alley, he picks up a gun and prepares to shoot. Step forward Professor.
For those unfamiliar with the story, the Professor recruits Tokyo with various misfits, some from North Korea and others from South Korea. Their target is the Unified Korean Mint, where they intend to break into, steal 4 trillion won, and make it out in one piece. But with the police closing in, will they get out before they get caught?

Given the nature of the show's content, that could well change if it does good numbers for Netflix.
Netflix generally measures a number of metrics before renewing a show, including how many people watch it initially and then looking at its release rate. Squid Game, Bridgerton & Irregulars) Other times it can take months for Netflix to decide on a show's future.
So far, Money Heist: Korea has received a pretty average response from both audiences and critics, with most commenting on how similar it is to its Spanish counterpart.
Given the way this show is set up and the fact that it generated less buzz than originally expected, we're going to take a leap and predict that it won't be renewed for a second season. The show is definitely coming to an end, and it looks like the series will struggle to hit the same numbers as the original, which could hurt its chances of being renewed.

However, we could see our characters return for another heist, potentially adapting seasons 3 and 4 of the Spanish version. The professor eventually mentions to Woo-Jin that he has ideas for "Revolution", which may be glossed over, but again, it's unknown at this point.
